USE OF FUNDS
Fueling Growth, Expanding Reach
If we achieve our maximum raise, proceeds will be strategically allocated to accelerate growth and strengthen our market position. Thirty percent will go toward marketing to increase awareness and drive listings. Another thirty percent will fund expansion into new states, building toward nationwide coverage by 2026. Twenty percent will be invested in AI development to boost efficiency and enhance the customer experience, with the remainder supporting working capital, debt reduction, and operational stability.

This Regulation CF offering is open to both accredited and non-accredited investors.
The minimum investment amount is $1,002. There is no set maximum, but individual investment limits apply to non-accredited investors based on their income or net worth, as required by Regulation CF rules:
- For non-accredited investors with annual income or net worth less than $124,000: The greater of $2,500 or 5% of the higher of their annual income or net worth.
- For non-accredited investors with both annual income and net worth of $124,000 or more: Up to 10% of the higher of their annual income or net worth, capped at $124,000 across all Reg CF offerings in a 12-month period.
Accredited investors have no investment limits.
